Fernando was hired by the manager of 2520 Robinhood to make repairs on our deck in the fall of 2022 and eight months later, it is still not right with water pooling next to the drains because they are too high for water to drain off the deck. There are also a lot of high and low points that create lakes. This defective slope has resulted in my having to sweep water off the deck every time it rains to prevent mosquitos from breeding. His workers ruined one of my rugs and damaged our walls. His shoddy work is going to require busting out the cement and tiles again and redoing the work correctly unless the building manager hire a real professional. Fernando may be good with simple jobs but this work was beyond his skills and we are paying for it.
